Bob, founder of One Harbor Homes, was raised all over the world as an Army BRAT, but found roots in Northern Virginia in 1987. With over twenty years real estate industry experience, Bob has built a solid foundation of clients. With over twenty years real estate industry Jeanine has worked with production and custom home builders for almost 15 years, managing their Customer Service and Warranty teams and developing their programs. She is passionate about ensuring her clients receive the best possible experience during a stressful, yet exciting time.

At home, she is a mother of twins and very involved with their school and the community. She is the new Coordinator for the Race for Education. Her family volunteers regularly with the Gainesville Grizzlies Football Organization. On game days you can find her and her daughter in the concession stand while her husband and son are helping on the fields.
